Communication plays vital role for the success of any outsourced project. We understand this completely and hence employed tools and processes to facilitate clear & unhindered communication.
![]() A common scenario depicted above shows what can happen if there is a lack of well defined communication process. Diagram clearly shows that end results are not at all desirable and way out of the customer’s expectations. So in order to bridge this communication gap and to ensure that client is updated of ongoing and future activities / actions we “hand shake” signals with customers at each crucial activity that we perform during project life cycle and at IHT we call this “Hand Shaking”. Read more.. We also use various tools to facilitate clear, unhindered and one-on-one interaction with customer. Some of the tools that we employ for effective communication with customer are: Instant Messaging Got a quick query or clarification? Do not want to write and wait for response? So by instant messaging you can easily get hold of concerned team member @IHT and get settled with your concerns. Team IHT uses Windows Live Messenger to support remote working with customers. Skype It provides real time environment to our customer to voice any concerns or clarifications. We also organize online conference calls using it. Central issue tracker This is the central repository and is used to track all project related issues / concerns. Team at IHT creates the logins for customer so that they have access to this central place to log any of their concerns. Any issue raised there will be responded by concerned team at IHT in the shortest possible time which is dependent upon the severity of the issues. No need to say it has always been pivotal to any communication and should be used for all kind of formal communication. Documentation We prepare the minutes of meeting and share with all stakeholders involved to have the clear and transparent status. Ensuring Web security Any application sitting on internet is vulnerable to intruders / attacks.
